The Whatsapp group swears by them!
Are you that person who scared to show up generally in life.. Constantly worrying about what other people will think of you? Do you want to post more but lack confidence?
Sometimes we're just scared to be ourselves, becasue we've been taught and told to be anything but that.
Overthinking, fear of judgment, and self-doubt hold most of us back especially when it comes to posting online or putting ourselves out there.
That's why I created this 10-step confidence menu. These are some of the actions my private group do daily to boost their courage, shake off fear, and take small steps toward showing up confidently.
Let's go! 💫
Small steps turns to big moves
☐ Don't edit. Don't overthink. Just press record and share one small thing about you. Tip: Do it for yourself, not for likes. Action = confidence.
☐ Post a thought, reaction, or insight. Could be as simple as your favorite coffee or weekend plans.
☐ Engage your followers and start a conversation. You'll feel good connecting.
☐ Online or offline. A little kindness boosts confidence and opens doors.
☐ Feels awkward—but that courage transfers online too.
☐ Release self-consciousness. The sillier, the better.
☐ Share online or journal. Gratitude shifts your mindset and boosts self-belief.
☐ Send to a friend or post online. Hearing yourself speak confidently - even 1 min - works wonders.
☐ Connection = confidence. Small action = big courage boost.
☐ Step outside your comfort zone. Tiny actions show fear isn't permanent.

"Being a part of Chloe's group has really made me come out of my shell. Having the daily tasks, support and encouragement from everyone has allowed me to be more comfortable and confident within myself."
– Kayley
I’ve been there. I used to be exactly where you are now.
Overthinking. Holding back. Knowing I had more in me but not fully stepping into it.
I know what it feels like to be so consumed by “What will people think?”
So you stop yourself before you even begin
But at some point… I made a decision. Not to wait until I felt ready. Not to wait until I felt confident. But to back myself anyway
I stopped trying to be perfect. I stopped trying to be liked by everyone
I chose to fully be myself… And from that place… everything changed.
Because I made one decision:
To stop hiding, start backing myself and show up consistently even when it feels tough.
And this is exactly what I help you do.
